Eligibility

Eligibility for an EU Blue Card in Lithuania

Work in a profession listed as high value-added with a shortage of workers in Lithuania (IT specialists, engineers, medical professionals). Earn at least 1.2 times the average monthly gross wage in Lithuania.

Work in a non-listed or regulated profession. Earn at least 1.5 times the average monthly gross wage. If the profession is regulated, provide a document confirming compliance with Lithuanian professional standards.

Criminal record certificate

Confirming no convictions in the past 2 years from countries where you resided before Lithuania, required only for first-time applications
