- Very simple digital bureaucracy (company registration in 1–3 days, online signatures, online tax filing, minimal paperwork, simpler accounting than in most EU countries).
Hong Kong

- In Hong Kong, only profit sourced within Hong Kong is taxed. If the business operates entirely outside Hong Kong (e.g. international services, IT, consulting, trade between other countries), it may qualify for offshore status and potentially avoid corporate tax on foreign-sourced profit.
- Higher reputation than classic offshore jurisdictions.
- Possibility to open an international bank account.
- No residency requirement in Hong Kong.
- No strict currency control in Hong Kong (you can freely send and receive international payments, convenient for working with multiple currencies).
Delaware (USA)

- Very business-friendly corporate law. Delaware has a dedicated business court — the Court of Chancery.
- Simple registration. Typically formed as: LLC — for small business, freelancing, international operations; C-Corp — if seeking investment, launching a startup, or entering the US market.
- Low requirements for owners. You can: be a non-US resident; not have an SSN; manage the company from abroad. LLC ownership information in the public register is limited.
- No state tax on activity conducted outside Delaware. However, you still pay: annual franchise tax; registered agent fee.
UAE

Sweden

- Handelsbolag — a special form of Swedish corporate structure that allows tax optimization provided there is no commercial activity within Sweden.
- The proposed Swedish company structure includes a group of companies, where the ultimate beneficial owner and founder is the company’s owner. A “group of companies” means a corporate structure where two other companies act as founders of the Swedish entity.
- Pass-through taxation. The HB itself usually does not pay corporate tax as a separate company. Funds accumulated in the Swedish company’s accounts are not subject to taxation and can be used to purchase services and goods outside the EU.
Cyprus
