Licences

Key licensing regimes

Allows providing portfolio management of financial instruments and investment advisory services (wealth & portfolio management). Minimum initial capital: from EUR 75,000 (limited services without holding client funds) to EUR 150,000-750,000 depending on the scope of services.

Allows creating and managing collective investment funds (UCITS and AIFs). Minimum initial capital: EUR 125,000 plus additional own funds (0.02% of assets under management exceeding EUR 250 million, total cap of EUR 10 million).
