Operate under the supervision of the Bank of Lithuania, ensuring compliance with EU rules, with EU market access for raising project funding. The application is reviewed within 3 months.

Minimum capital

At least EUR 40,000

Insurance

An insurance certificate or guarantee of at least EUR 100,000 per claim and EUR 500,000 for all claims per year

Management

A person or group holding at least 20% of voting shares or share capital, or with direct or indirect influence over decisions
